The Cobb County Resource Council, Inc. is a non-profit membership corporation.  The purpose of the Council is to enhance public safety regarding hazardous materials in our community.  This is accomplished by a unique partnership between government and industry which networks hazardous materials equipment, ideas, technology, and resources that would help mitigate, respond to, or recover from a hazardous material incident.
